Meet the team: Cindy Scott

Hi, I am Cindy Scott and I joined SightCare Services Ltd in February 2026 as a Regional Development Manager for the North: Wolverhampton to Thurso and Liverpool to Hull.

I love working with people and I am looking forward to meeting as many members and non-members as possible – in practices, at regional road shows, conferences and exhibitions.

Prior to joining SightCare I held Business Management roles in FMCG, starting my career with Nestle.

Outside of work I love walking – luckily, I have the Yorkshire Wolds on my doorstep – and weight training (Les Mills body pump programmes), attending the gym at least four nights a week.

I absolutely love animals and I have two adopted elephants, one in India and the other in Africa, an adopted panda and a giraffe. I am a volunteer with a dog rescue, where I arrange home visits with prospective adopters. It is so rewarding to play a small part in making people happy and giving dogs their much deserved second chance.

I have four rabbits, two with the run of the home and they all have me wrapped around their paws!
