Practice manager training

A six-month course for practice managers to build leadership, communication, marketing and financial skills – with 1-2-1 coaching and peer learning in small cohorts.

The course is delivered over six months, covering six key topics:

• Creating and managing a high performing team
• Creating competitive advantage
• Driving customer loyalty
• Mastering marketing
• Effective communication
• Knowing your numbers – financial and KPI management

The next cohort is due to start on Wednesday 9 July 2025 subject to minimum numbers being met.

Subsequent sessions will take place on the second Wednesday of each month, with 1-2-1 sessions being organised to suit between delegate and trainer.
