One of the most valuable aspects of PMDP is the monthly one-to-one coaching session with David Samuel.

These confidential sessions allow delegates to discuss their own challenges, explore opportunities and receive personalised guidance on applying what they have learned within their own practice.

The programme is delivered online in small cohorts of just 6–12 delegates, creating a supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, ask questions and learn from one another.
