Reminder: your member survey deadline

As a valued SightCare member, your feedback plays an important role in helping us make informed decisions about the future of our organisation. We’ve launched our 2026 Member Survey to better understand the challenges facing independent practices, the support you value most, and where you would like us to focus our efforts over the coming years.

Whether it’s developing new services, strengthening existing member benefits, planning future events, or negotiating with suppliers on your behalf, your feedback will help shape our priorities.

The survey covers topics including:

• Your practice profile and business priorities
• The services you currently use and how valuable you find them
• Training and professional development
• Future support and new services
• Networking and events
• The biggest challenges facing your practice today

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and are being collected independently by TideShift Insights & Coaching in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. Your individual responses will remain anonymous.
