Your customer is unlikely to forget as confirming an appointment online often means it will appear in their smartphone calendar within seconds. People use their phones so much now they are less likely to miss an appointment on their phone screen as much as they would a piece of paper or appointment card.
- Online bookings are easy for you to keep track of. Most online booking software can easily sync to your personal smartphone or through a website. You no longer need to rely on hasty phone calls to your front desk to check on appointment availability or timing.
- You can add information requests. Use the online booking process to gain a bit of information about your customers before you meet them.
