The new Evolution Programme mastermind groups have been created to support business owners just like you. Through training, coaching, online support and achievable actions, we will give you all of the tools to really succeed and become a stronger leader of your business and your teams.

Leading and motivating a team is very different to managing and by following the Evolution keys to success programme, it will not only improve your customer experience but importantly your bottom line profits too.

The focus of the programme is to enable you to gain more regular customers who in turn recommend the business to their friends and family. This is achieved through a world-class ‘Customer Experience Journey’ with standards in place where every team member knows the score! This programme will ensure both you and your teams deliver on that constantly changing journey through accountability!

But… you won’t be alone, through our ‘test and measure’ philosophy, we already know that once a new group of likeminded individuals get together on our programme, the magic starts to happen as all group members have a ‘share and care’ approach to support each other.

We meet every quarter with coaching in between to support your growth. That’s just 4 dedicated events to attend per year which has resulted in dramatic growth for our Evolution members.

Format of the Day

The key benefit of Evolution is to assist each member of the group to realise

their targets and goals, with each session facilitated by an Optical Business Coach and Trainer with over 30 years of experience in the industry.

Each member of the group shares as much or as little as they are comfortable with and are accountable for their own performance.

The day is split into four 90 minute sessions (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon)

  • Session 1 is a quick review of your performance against targets and a focus on crafting your perfect patient journey with actions for positive ‘change’
  • Session 2 is a business growth session looking at proven strategies that have worked for members and brainstorming new strategies to help in areas like recall, average order value etc.
  • Session 3 is dedicated to management issues, how to motivate and get the best from your staff, together with general operational performance issues
  • Session 4 deals with your leadership development to enable you to lead your team as your business grows.

The focus is simple… we will work very hard to support you, your team and your business to move you onwards and upwards to your dream business!
