What can you expect?

This programme will meet the needs of those managers and team members who are looking to strengthen and build on their existing skills and understanding of these core areas of the business  and also for those who are less familiar with these core areas but looking to acquire the skills and understanding as part of their personal development within the practice.

Over the course of the 12 months the Assist programme will provide delegates with the essential skills and confidence necessary to make a measurable difference, including:

  • Planning, KPIs, setting goals, action plans and measuring performance.
  • The key elements of financial management.
  • Understanding your patient
  • Marketing , identifying and  communicating your key messages.
  • The esentials of stock control and pricing
