Sight Care places great emphasis on its meetings programme. Each year the company organises a national one-day business conference that takes place in the Spring, and a Regional meeting programme each Autumn. Further, on a biennial basis, a four-day overseas conference gives all members an opportunity to mix business with pleasure.

Open Seminars and Bespoke Training

There is no doubt that appropriate training, teamwork, and successful staff recruitment will play a major role in the future success of independent practice. With a focus on 'business only' subjects, Sight Care offers members a training regime that involves core skills and continuous development. One-day open seminars are complemented by bespoke training tailored to individual practice's needs and held at a time and place which is convenient.
